Usually 'fast' and 'professional installation' do not go together but we are different. Call or email to get started. We use the most skilled installers (who also happen to be really nice guys).Preinstallation Checklist:
- Measurement: Measure each room or area to determine the necessary square yardage. (Take advantage of our free project measure.)
- Installation: Double check the delivery date, the installation date, and the estimated time for the installation.
- Furniture Moving: Discuss furniture moving with your salesperson. Is there a charge for moving it.
- Seams: Prior to the installation, discuss the location of seams with your salesperson.
- Existing carpet: Who is going to remove existing carpet and cushion. Who will be responsible for disposal.
- Inspection: Prior to installation, inspect the carpet to see that it meets the order specifications of color, texture, and style.
- Power stretch: Good seam sealing is essential for wall-to-wall carpet installation.
- Excess carpet: Would you like to keep any leftover carpet for use as doormats or replacement carpet for the future?

I want to tell you both of the FANTASTIC customer service and great work that Wayne has provided. He was here when he said he would be, and he made short work of the two jobs. We had a hole in the carpet in one of our Bedrooms, caused by battery acid, and we had a zig-zag line of carpet visible in the Family Room.
Wayne patched the carpet so well in the Bedroom that I can not even see where it was. Seriously, I can not see a single line or difference in the carpet. The same quality job was done in the Family Room. Snip snip across the room and the little bit of extra carpet that we had (and which we never actually paid for) was gone! Amazing!
But most impressive to me, a Customer Service and Sales Professional, was Wayne's attitude, personality, and good nature. He is a really nice guy, and I was pleased to have the opportunity to meet him. At one point, after complimenting Wayne on the great job he was doing, he replied "Thanks, I read the book about how to do this last night!". Great response!
One other thing which really impressed me was Wayne's ability to go above and beyond my expectations. I had pulled down the carpet he would need to use for the patch from an overhead hanging rack in my Garage. Its a bit awkward to get to, hanging over the car, but its a safe and sturdy rack. Imagine my surprise when Wayne left and I noticed that he had put the remaining carpet back where it had been.
